With our Book now, Pay later initative you can book your stand now for any future event
In these strange times we still need to look ahead to when everything get's back to "normal". We still have to plan for exhibitions ahead, design exhibitions stands, submit everything to organisers etc. etc. But we are uncertain which shows will go on, which will be postponed or cancelled.
We design your stand, plan in production, take care of the paperwork as usual but you only pay when we know the show will go ahead. 50% deposit 4 weeks before the show, 30% 1 week before the show and the remaining 20% when the show opens*.
So the whole process will be business as usual, the only thing is that you can cancel freely before the first deposit (4 weeks before show opening). And as we have seen in recent times, almost all shows are cancelled more than 4 weeks before the opening date. So there is hardly any financial risk to start planning your exhibition stand and to ensure you production slot is secured.

3×3 Stand at IMCAS World Congress

This year at the IMCAS World Congress in Paris we have built a 9sqm stand for Estar Medical. Being in a bit of a lost corner on the show we decided to use several light boxes to grab more attention from passing visitors. Not only we created a fascia with light boxes, but also put on a 2 sided lightbox on the storage area to increase visibility from a distance, Full colour graphics printed on fabric covered the walls seamless and a small storage area with a mounted 55" inch to present the product completed the stand.

Reach reached out for Chefs World Summit

Short before the start of the Chefs World Summit in Monaco, Reach Food Service contacted us to assist with a 18sqm and 9sqm stand. 3 weeks before the start of the Show we where contacted if we could assist with the simple set-up of some light boxes the client had for an exhibition in Monaco. After ample conversations we agreed to build a back wall with a custom fascia for the 18sqm stand and a back wall for the 9sqm stand and place the light boxes form the client in front of these back walls. We also arranged all furniture including 2 large seafood displays with crushed ice and received all client materials and installed them on the stand.

KCC 24sqm stand at MAPIC

This year at MAPIC in Cannes we have built a 24sqm stand for KCC. Eye-catcher on this stand was a 5m large custom lightbox. We also installed 2 interactive tables allowing KCC to showcase there projects while a 55" TV on the wall and a separate 55" TV on a stand showed the company video. More than enough to see and do while on the stand and it allowed KCC to showcase their business to potential customers in all ways.

MCA Live – 14sqm corner Stand for JM BioTech

At MCA Live in Monaco we have built a 24sqm stand for JM BioTech. Well positioned at the entrance of the exhibition, JM BioTech had a bit of an odd corner stand with and angled edge. We installed a 6m back wall and a 3m sidewall covered in fabric, 2 showcases and a desk, a seating area for 4 people and a treatment chair. To showcase the product we installed a 65" TV on the back wall looping JM BioTech's promotional video.
