For this special collaboration, our team designed, constructed, and built a custom stand that captured the essence of Italian coffee tradition—elegant, warm, and welcoming.

The stand’s clean, modern design was enhanced with bold color accents that immediately caught the eye and conveyed the vibrant spirit of the Café Cagliari brand. More than just a visual statement, the design created an atmosphere that evoked the warmth and joy of sharing a great cup of coffee—something deeply rooted in Italian culture.

At the heart of the stand stood a striking coffee bar, designed not just as a focal point but as a fully functional space. Equipped with a professional-grade coffee machine, it allowed Café Cagliari’s skilled baristas to serve up delicious, authentic espresso and other coffee specialties to hundreds of visitors each day. The aroma alone was enough to draw crowds.

We also made sure the layout was open and spacious, offering ample room for guests to gather, converse, and experience the Café Cagliari brand in a relaxed, enjoyable setting. Whether attendees stopped by for a quick espresso or stayed for a conversation, the stand provided a premium and memorable experience.

At this year’s ILTM Cannes, CannesExpo had the pleasure of once again bringing premium design and flawless execution to the world stage. Our latest collaboration with Condé Nast Johansens resulted in a striking stand that perfectly balanced form, function, and high-end appeal.

LyonExpo is proud to have designed and built a sophisticated exhibition stand for Condé Nast Johansens at ILTM Cannes 2024, one of the most prestigious events in the luxury travel industry. This year’s stand served as a dynamic platform for ten exceptional hotels to present their unique offerings to a global audience of high-end travel buyers.

The stand combined elegance with impact. A sleek, modern aesthetic was achieved through the use of brushed aluminium panels that gave the space a refined, contemporary look. Dominating the back wall was an impressive 10.5-meter-wide photo backdrop, creating a powerful visual anchor that drew attention from across the exhibition floor and beautifully encapsulated the essence of luxury travel.

Each of the ten hotels had its own individual desk, thoughtfully designed to provide a dedicated space for meetings and presentations. These desks featured custom graphics showcasing each property, allowing every hotel to express its identity while maintaining the cohesive, high-end feel of the overall stand.

With this project, CannesExpo delivered not just a visually striking environment but also a space that fostered meaningful conversations and valuable business connections. When KCC, one of our long-time clients, asked us to design their stand for MAPIC 2024 in Cannes, we were eager to create something that would truly stand out. As one of the leading events in retail real estate, MAPIC is an important opportunity for brands to make an impression, connect with others, and showcase their innovations. For KCC, our aim was to design a space that was both visually striking and interactive, reflecting their role as an industry leader.

The centerpiece of the design is a 3.5m x 2m LED wall, which will serve as a dynamic focal point. With its high-definition visuals, this wall will bring KCC’s projects to life, offering a vivid display of their expertise and vision for the future. Whether through video content or live updates, it’s a great way to engage visitors and ensure KCC stands out on the busy exhibition floor.

To complement the LED wall, we’ve included an interactive kiosk. This allows visitors to explore KCC’s portfolio in more detail, offering a hands-on experience with multimedia presentations and the option to leave contact information for follow-up. The kiosk is designed to create a more personalized and engaging interaction with attendees.

The layout of the stand is open and inviting, encouraging people to pause, explore, and engage. Comfortable meeting areas provide spaces for conversation, while subtle branding elements tie everything together in a cohesive and professional way.

At FIP 2024 in Lyon, we had the privilege of showcasing our expertise in exhibition stand design and construction by building three distinct stands for our valued clients. Geshang Plastic Mold – 20 Square Meters

Geshang Plastic Mold wanted a stand that was compact yet impactful, reflecting their precision and innovation in the plastic molding industry. Our team crafted a 20-square-meter stand that effectively maximized space while ensuring the brand’s message and offerings were clearly communicated. The clean design, combined with strategically placed visuals, created a welcoming and professional ambiance that resonated with visitors.

HT Cooling – 21 Square Meters

HT Cooling, a leader in cooling solutions, required a stand that exuded professionalism and technological advancement. For their 21-square-meter space, we designed a layout that balanced aesthetics and functionality. The stand featured sleek lines and interactive displays, allowing visitors to engage directly with HT Cooling’s innovative products and solutions. NCT Holland – 28 Square Meters

On the 13th of October we where approached if we could build a stand for TFWA and seven days later we needed to start building. We excepted the challenge and provided Lafferty & Sons a 14m2 bespoke stand on TFWA 2021

Lafferty & Sons contacted us on the 13th in the afternoon with the story that they just heard that they would get a spot on TFWA and that they where desperately looking for stand builder who could provide them with some walls and hopefully some graphics as the build up would start in 7 days. We did hesitate but as it was a 14m2 stand, our reply was to ask if they had a design they used for other trade shows so we could see how close we can get to realising proper stand. They send us some renderings of a different stand and we made design close to these renderings including custom showcases, graphics on all walls, a bespoke reception desk and a large storage. As it was a problem for Lafferty & sons to provide the graphic files on time we agreed that they send us the logo files so our designer could create the graphics needed.

The next challenge was to get everything printed on time, get the wood in to build the walls, the custom showcases etc. But with our local connections we got this problem tackled as well. The fiurniture was no problem as we have a large stock of furniture. Than we had hire more people as we already had another stand of 30m2 on TFWA and limited time to build with 2 stands. Getting permission to build was easy as we know all the requirements from the Palais de festival and with all paperwork taken care of by our expo manager we could start with the build on the 20th and we could deliver the stand on the day before the show. After assisting Lafferty & Sons to get all their bottles and supplies to stand, nothing stood in their way for a successful TFWA and plans are already made for a better and bigger stand next year!

This year at TFWA in Cannes we have built a 30sqm stand for Quint Essential Brands Group.

This very open stand design featured large seating/meeting areas with custom tables, large light boxes to grab attention and a bespoke cabinet to showcase all their bottles. Also a large storage area for all stock and to hide the structural column on the back of the stand.

To soften this very manly stand we provided some extra flowers on the tables and with the light laminate flooring and the bright orange chairs we softened the black wood look.

Short before the start of the Chefs World Summit in Monaco, Reach Food Service contacted us to assist with a 18sqm and 9sqm stand. 3 weeks before the start of the Show we where contacted if we could assist with the simple set-up of some light boxes the client had for an exhibition in Monaco. After ample conversations we agreed to build a back wall with a custom fascia for the 18sqm stand and a back wall for the 9sqm stand and place the light boxes form the client in front of these back walls. We also arranged all furniture including 2 large seafood displays with crushed ice and received all client materials and installed them on the stand.

At MCA Live in Monaco we have built a 24sqm stand for JM BioTech. Well positioned at the entrance of the exhibition, JM BioTech had a bit of an odd corner stand with and angled edge. We installed a 6m back wall and a 3m sidewall covered in fabric, 2 showcases and a desk, a seating area for 4 people and a treatment chair. To showcase the product we installed a 65″ TV on the back wall looping JM BioTech’s promotional video.

For the SEPC (INDIA) we built the 76 sqm INDIA Pavilion at MIPCOM in Cannes. The Indian Service Export Promotion Council of India opened an India Pavilion at Mipcom of 76sqm with 3 shell scheme booths of 9sqm each for Indian companies to exhibit and a 49 main stand with severe seating areas to promote India’s rich potential if TV productions. We delivered 3 blank 9sqm shell booths with lightning and furniture which where decorated by the exhibiting companies and the main 49sqm stand including all graphics, furniture etc.
